Sand Carving is a multi Stage process using not only many layers but also different depths to each layer. Sand Carving gives the 3D look to glass similar to a Carved piece of wood. Thick tempered glass can also be sand carved but is limited to a few layers.

Mostly used on GlassWare, Crystal Vases & Mugs, Tempered Glass Railings, Mirrors, Windows and thick Art Glass.
